  • Oversee all phases of running a major NCAA II Women’s Soccer Program  
  • Integrate the University Core Values and Mission Statement into the daily operations of the program

  • Make in- game tactical and formation changes
  • Manage the recruitment process, utilizing a scholarship budget of over $130,000 annually

  • Promote SLU and the Women’s Soccer Program in the local community

o  2003- NCAA Most Improved Program in the Country Award

o  2005- 1 Student- athlete named to SSC All- Conference 1st Team, 1 student- athlete named SSC All- Conference 2nd Team

o  2006- 5 student- athletes named SSC All- Conference, 3 student- athletes named All- South Region Team

o  2006 NCAA Tournament Participant

o  2006 final position of 2nd in SS Conference, SS Conference Tournament finalist

o  2006 overall record of 14-3-2

o  All goalkeepers coached received Conference POW or All- Conference recognition

Maintained a team cumulative GPA of 2.9 or above each year since 2003

·        Supervise and administer the goalkeeper training and for youth soccer teams aged 5-19 years

·        Conduct age- specific technical and tactical goalkeeper training for all goalkeepers in the club

·        Conduct game- day training and post match analysis with individual goalkeepers
