2007 – Present. St Pete Raiders Soccer Club (Everton Florida), Saint Petersburg, FL
Executive Director
Duties include: Oversee both club and recreational programs and offer guidance to Club and Recreational DOC along with club coaches. To develop the connection with Everton Football club thus introduce opportunities for player development overseas.

To stay on the cutting edge of soccer and introduce new training themes to coaches and players a like using knowledge gained through coaching at both collegiate and professional levels and my “UEFA A” qualification.                                                  

2006-2007 KI Football Club (Faroe Islands)
Head Coach, Director of Football
Duties Included: Training of First Team to play in the countries highest league and participate in top European competition. To oversee all aspects of development within the youth club. Chief advisor on stadium improvements in liaison with UEFA regulations. Responsible for player welfare and further education                              

1999-2006 St. Pete Raiders Soccer Club, Saint Petersburg, FL                
Director of Coaching
Duties Included: Implementation of a competitive soccer program and to the selection of coaches for 20 club teams. To set fourth coaching curriculums and coaching sessions / clinics for players and coaches. Oversee recreational program with over 1200 players. Responsible to hiring of qualified coaches and trainers.

2000 Hercules F.C. Y league, Tampa, Florida             
Director of Coaching 
Duties included: Consultant to coaches and administration for teams in the USISL super Y league.

1999-2006 Saint Leo University, Tampa, Florida                           
Head Coach Women’s Soccer
Duties Included: Recruiting, practice coordination, budget management, scheduling, travel, supervision of part-time assistant, development of student-athletes and oversight of student-athlete academic progress. Knowledge and adherence of NCAA rules and regulations and a commitment to the philosophy of Division II athletics.

1996-2003 Saint Leo University, Saint Leo, Florida               
Assistant Coach to Men’s soccer.
Duties Included: Training and game day critique, graduation of student athletes, recruitment, scouting opponents and compliance with NSCAA rules. (This position ran concurrent with the women’s program from 2000-03.)         

1999-2000 KI Football club (Faroe Islands)                    
Head Coach
Duties Included: Management and training to the men’s first team at a professional club. Prepare the team for UEFA Cup and Champions League play. Identify talent both domestically and internationally and negotiate to purchase those players desired. 

(My brief was to win both league and cup of which I succeeded.)

Duties included: Overseeing training and devising curriculums for 105 youth teams. Organization of camps, clinics and coaches courses. Hiring of coaches to work under me on a sub contract basis.

Founder and Director. 
Duties Included: Responsible for formulating training programs, working with in house teams and players. Coordinating camps and clinics. Procurement of potential talent for instruction in Europe . Helping players to reach the next level byway of college or professional soccer.
