Connecting Academy Foundations to Competitive Soccer

The St. Pete Raiders Bridge Program is designed specifically for players in the U11–U12 age groups who are ready to take the next step in their development. This includes:

  • Players who have successfully completed our Academy Program
  • Players who demonstrate advanced skill, commitment, and enthusiasm
  • Players seeking a more competitive, structured training environment


The Bridge Program serves as the critical link between foundational learning and full competitive play, ensuring athletes transition smoothly and confidently.

Player Identification & Team Formation

Teams for both the Competitive Program and the Bridge Program are formed through Player ID Sessions held each May. These sessions allow coaches to evaluate players in a supportive, development‑centered setting to ensure proper placement and balanced team formation.
